Please join The Northwest Center on Saturday, October 27th from 8 pm - 12 am at the Organization of American States for our 32nd annual Indian Summer Ball to raise money for their pregnancy center and maternity home programs. As one of only two pro-life pregnancy centers in D.C., The Northwest Center is dedicated to defending the dignity and life of both mother and child so that no woman feels forced to choose between her unborn child and ability to take care of her family or herself. Since its founding in 1981, the Northwest Center has served over 56,000 women and children, born and unborn, in the D.C. area. The nation's leading medical experts on transgender ideology and children will be in DC this Saturday.  For nearly 3 decades Dr. Paul McHugh was psychiatrist-in-chief at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and Director of the Department of Psychiatry at the Johns Hopkins University. In 1979 he ended "gender-reassignment" surgery at Johns Hopkins because it failed to improve post-op patients' emotional and psychological problems.  In 2016, Dr. McHugh co-authored a 143-page review of the scientific literature on gender and sexuality in The New Atlantis.

 Dr. Michelle Cretella is a pediatrician and President of the American College of Pediatricians. She calls the promotion of transgenderism in children what it is: institutionalized child abuse.
