We would like to thank everyone for the overwhelming support of our “Stay in your Car Food Drive" on Friday May 1.  It was one of our most successful food drives to date!  We received 3,952 pounds of food, and $870 from not only our Parishioners, but the community as well.  St. Lucy’s is the food project/warehouse of Catholic Charities, where food is sorted and donated to over 88 locations, regardless of religious/ethnic backgrounds.  If you and your family would like to help them in this endeavor, please call St. Lucy’s warehouse in Manassas at:  703-479-2975.

Mother of Mercy Free Medical Clinic Provides comprehensive primary care to Western Prince William County, Manassas Park, and Manassas City low-income residents over 18 years of age without health insurance. Medical and non-medical volunteers are needed!

Welcome Home Re-Entry: Seeks to reduce recidivism, educate the community and develop strong systems of support to those leaving incarceration. CCDA is need of mentors, parishes to offer "When Prisoners Come Home" presentations to promote awareness, and Welcome Home backpacks (excellent group service project or parish drive).

Mobile Response Center: Delivers needed supplies directly to those who are low-income, homeless or lacking access to services. This program needs drivers, a volunteer coordinator to schedule volunteer drivers and organizes donations, and donated goods (excellent group service project or parish drive!).

CCDA College Internship Opportunities: Please share with your college-age parish members and parents that CCDA has a variety of internships for rising sophomores.
